Daily Flow ("the App") is a self-reflection and personal growth tool designed to help you reflect on how you're feeling, set your focus, and practice gratitude. Your privacy matters to us.
Daily Flow collects and stores the following data locally on your device:
• Your first name (used for personalized greetings)
• Check-in responses (mood, focus, gratitude, reflections)
• Usage data (streaks, drafts, bookmarks)
This data is stored in your device's local storage (IndexedDB and localStorage) and is not transmitted to any server except as described in the AI Coaching section below.
Daily Flow offers voice input using your device's built-in speech recognition. Audio is processed on-device by your browser or operating system. Daily Flow does not record, store, or transmit audio data.
Daily Flow does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or sign in. There is no user authentication system.
Daily Flow does not use analytics services, advertising trackers, cookies, or any third-party tracking tools.
All journal data is stored locally on your device using IndexedDB and localStorage. If you clear your browser data or uninstall the app, your check-in history will be permanently deleted. We have no ability to recover this data because we do not store it on any server.
AI processing is stateless — your entries are sent to generate a reflection and are not retained by the AI service after processing is complete.
Daily Flow uses AI to generate personalized coaching reflections after each check-in. When you complete a check-in, your responses (and up to 7 recent prior entries for context) are sent to Anthropic, a third-party AI service, for processing. This data is used solely to generate your coaching reflection and is not stored on Anthropic's servers beyond the time needed to process your request.
You are asked to consent to this data use during onboarding. If you do not consent, coaching reflections are generated from a local pool of pre-written responses and no data is sent externally.
No health data is sold or shared for advertising purposes.
Daily Flow uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate coaching reflections as described above. There are no integrations with advertising networks, analytics providers, or data brokers.
Daily Flow is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with an updated date. Continued use of Daily Flow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
